oh murphy..

of course because I posted my last blog entry.. my little peanut turned it all around for the day :S  murphys law.. she wouldn’t let me eat dinner.. and she never wanted to sleep.. it may have been the heat in our house.. or that I ate fries with cajun spice on them.. forgetting that she doesn’t like spice.. I hope today is different and it was the spice..

we have lots of outside time these days.. well outside our front yard anyways.. but everyday I am able to walk a little but more.. and its helping my frustrated cabin fever.. cant do anything feeling.. 

this morning we had B’s 2 week well check up.. and of course.. she had her worst night ever.. that always happens when you have a 9am appointment you have to go for.. i decided to walk us there this am because the grey clouds and cold wind felt amazing on my face.. and I am not ready to lift her seat in and out of the car.. so it was way easier on my tummy.. I am happy to report that she is up past her birth weight! finally.. the Dr was “shocked” that we actually made our goal.. a week ago she was 8lbs 2oz. which means she gained almost 2oz a day.. and now we can relax and pull back on the formula a bit and let my milk supply come back.. the only bummer so far.. yes.. I just wrote bummer ;) is that she bobs off the boob out of “its not coming fast enough” frustration.. I don’t know what step to take next.. its hard enough having boobs that are healing from cracks and blood blisters.. but the ordeal of latching back on 10 times during one feed is excruciating..
